Living in the present moment affords you real-time insight into your life and all it has to offer. This priceless wisdom, inspiration, and guidance lead to heightened levels of conscious awareness, discernment, accountability, responsibility, and the ability for action or inaction as-the-case-may-be. Foregoing this practice and/or focusing too intently on any one desire or agenda, can rob you of the present moment and the inherent gifts contained therein.
