Releasing any attachment to the outcome will go a long way in shifting the energy surrounding the sale of this land. It is a signal to the Universe that you are not stuck, worried, or dependent upon a specific outcome.

What we often fail to realize is that the moment we say one thing in our lives is dependent upon another thing occurring, we have placed a moratorium or block on the movement and assistance the Universe may provide. It’s like tying their hands behind their backs. As a being of free will, having exercised said free will (selling this property will enable us to become completely debt free), they are bound to honor the belief and intention you have invoked on your behalf.

And yes, from a more mundane, physical level, one can rationalize and believe that if I sell “X” it will afford me “Y.”  However, you have made “Y” contingent upon “X” occurring in the manner you set forth and that is contrary to how the Universe operates. The Unseen Knows All; We Know Little!

By shackling yourself, you shackle the Universe, no ifs, ands, or buts about it.

Therefore, do yourselves a huge favor by seeing that you are debt free regardless of whether this land ever sells. Go about your business and the business of believing it is true. Allow the Unseen to work on your behalf for your highest and best. Divine time. Divine order. When it does sell, it will be because it was meant to. It will be the icing on the cake or the cherry on top, as opposed to the stress ball blockade it currently represents. It will be free and unencumbered to be exactly what it is meant to be. No lack or limiting belief you placed upon it.

The morale of the story is what you believe you experience. And thus, that is exactly what the Universe delivers.

The length of time you’ve had the land offered for sale can also be a contributing factor. It can leave the impression that there is something wrong with the parcel.  You may know all the ins and outs of this parcel, however, to a potential buyer or outsider looking in, a parcel listed for sale for “over eight years” may cause interested parties to question the desirability, ability to develop, and future salability of the area and land in question. All factors that weigh on is this a wise investment / purchase.

You should speak with your realtor about whether removing the listing from the market for a period of time and then bringing it back on as a new listing later would serve you better / best. The main factors that dictate any sale of real property are price, terms, location, and market time. So, if the land is priced correctly, it becomes a matter of market time, location, and terms.

Price is of course based on a multitude of factors that include recent active, pending, sold comparable properties, market time, location, terms, desirability, zoning, land use, access, utilities etc. All these factors play a role in addition to the Divine. My will versus thine will.

The bottom line is, once you’ve released your attachment to the outcome the rest will resolve itself in due course and time. Yes, the practical elements need to be addressed. However, you also need to signal to the Universe that they are free to act on your behalf unencumbered. Feel into this more and see what the Unseen is guiding you to do, No Strings Attached!
