Dear Stress & Anxiety,
Multiple studies have proven that habitual and prolonged stress and anxiety are killers.
When left unabated, these afflictions wreak havoc on your mind, body, soul, and spirit, spreading dis-ease throughout. They rob you of your precious, positive, life force.
Intermittent stress & anxiety can be beneficial, as they can be a motivator or “warning signal” to your overall wellbeing and consciousness. These warning signs occur because elements within you, your surroundings, relationships, career, etc., are out of balance.
Think huge, flashing, yellow caution lights.
When this occurs, there is a deepening urgency for you to immediately STOP, REVIEW, ASSESS, and CORRECT.
Chronic stress and anxiety amplify their debilitating effects, causing even greater urgency for coping and self-adjustment and correction.
Still yourself so you can discern the cause of your stress / anxiety. See beyond or through it, to see “it” for what it really is, a grand opportunity for you to realign your course, your Being.
Perception is reality, as they say. So, by adjusting your perceptions, you modify your reality, illuminating your highest truth, your Higher Self.
Believing that the source of your stress is “external,” i.e., a boss, landlord, friend, spouse, partner, or adversary, is to negate one’s own self-accountability & responsibility In actuality, these external forces merely present you with the gift of choice.
It is up to each individual to release what does not serve them. Thus, transcending the lesson as opposed to becoming it.
Choose to eliminate stress and anxiety within yourself by choosing not to participate in the co-creation of it.
There are a multitude of ways to help in the reduction or elimination of stress. Meditation, physical wellness activity, nature, music, hot baths & showers, massage, etc., all play a vital role.
Ultimately though, one must master the art of harmony and balance within to master it externally.
Eliminate stress and anxiety in life by cultivating inner wisdom, peace, and positivity. In that, the end result will speak for itself.
