Love Relationships

This has been a rocky relationship from the beginning.  And while, you have broken up and gotten back together before, the old saying, “Let Sleeping Dogs Lie,” is really the best option for YOU.

People rarely become who we wish or desire them to be, and while we are diligently and genuinely attempting to make them such, whether by action or inaction, forgiveness or just plane-ole numb complacency, they are routinely “showing” us exactly who they are, what they are and are not capable of and what is truly important to them at any given moment in time.

Whether he still loves you and whether or not he is hurting too, are not the questions you need ask yourself.  The only question you need ask yourself is am I going to listen to my inner compass…my higher-self, who has been trying to tell you for some time now, you deserve better… you deserve the very best, or am I going to continue to believe that I have the power to make someone else into the person I desire and wish them to be?

Embrace and give thanks for the journey you have taken together, for it has served a great purpose.  It has reminded you of what is important to you in life and in a relationship, and it has reminded you of your worthiness.

Settle for nothing less, and the Universe will provide exactly that.
