DearJames,
Will I ever find true love?

Dear Find True Love,
Define “true love.”
Its very definition escapes you because its essence is forever changing within you.
Defining characteristics of true love in your teen years is different from that of every decade that follows.
It’s constantly being shaped and reshaped, molded and dismantled by your own self-expressions with love itself.
Thus, to find “true love,” you must be true love; know, love, and understand yourself, your Soul Self.
You must understand that you are love.
It is not elusive or separate from you, it is you.
Once you accept this truth, you’ll come to understand that finding true love is simply the act of loving oneself fully, wholly.
Every person we encounter in life mirrors our internal state of being.
We bring lessons to one another, consciously or subconsciously, on behalf of each soul to better understand ourselves, our own reflection.
Our yearnings for that which we do not understand we already are.
When we misplace our trust in another it is because we have misplaced it within ourselves.
Thus, the cheating partner, spouse, or significant other, is merely a reflection of our own internal lack of or mistrust in that which we are, love.
And for those who proclaim their innocence by saying I did not cheat, he or she did, ask yourselves, did I not know the lack present in my own relationship and choose to turn a blind eye?
To answer your direct question “When will I find true love,” the answer is simple.
You will find true love when you cease to look for it externally and realize you are already it internally.
By mirroring this inner knowingness outwardly, it naturally attracts and finds its equal.
This universal law applies to every aspect of love, be it family, friend, neighbor, colleague, or intimate.
Be the true love you seek, and you will certainly find it…Or it will find you.
