DearJames,
Is the cancer gone for good?

Dear Gone For Good,
The brightest spots in heaven are reserved for angels such as yourself. Your bright and cheery nature illuminates every crevice of your being. It is in this place, this repository, you will find solace.
To ask if something is “gone for good” is to presume that it no longer exists in any realm. Cancer, as it has touched your life and the lives of your loved ones is indelible.
You have learned far more about yourself and others, than you have lost. You have witnessed and experienced great depths of humanity and the human spirit. You have added to the voice of Hope, the choir of Faith, and the hand of Healing.
Ask not if it is gone for good, but rather, have I learned all that I needed to learn from it?
Understanding and transcending the underlying dis-ease is what offers you purity and ease.
The power of the human spirit is immeasurable, the soul eternal, the gift of human life priceless. Treat each day as though it were to be your last, filling every moment with the richness only love, life, joy, and laughter can offer.
Free your soul to be everything it ever wanted to be knowing you do so with open abandon. Then take note of the new reality you created for yourself and how it has touched and transformed not only your life, but also the lives of those around you.
It is in the freeing that we live. Get busy living and leave the rest up to God. In that, your journey will be richer, your thoughts purer, your concerns carefree, and your love for life and all its facets limitless.
And that is all God really wants and wishes for all his children no matter the chosen life lessons along the way.
Shine brightly now, on earth, as you are in heaven.
