Lorna was born into a poor family in Dublin in March 1955. From long before she could talk Lorna was seeing and communicating with Angels – she sees them as physically as the rest of us see someone standing in front of us.
Lorna has continued seeing and talking with angels throughout her life and says ‘They were my teachers, my friends [and still are today].’ When she was growing up, Lorna was told by the angels not to tell anyone what she could see. She didn’t, until she wrote the book Angels in my Hair. Even her beloved husband, Joe, was told little of what she could see. People, however, always knew that there was something ‘different’ or ‘special’ about Lorna and as her children grew older, word spread and many started to come to visit Lorna, seeking healing or wisdom.
In May 2008, Angels in my Hair was published in the UK and Ireland. Angels in my Hair is now an international bestseller. It has been translated into twenty-six languages and has been published in more than fifty countries. Lorna’s second book, Stairways to Heaven, is also an international bestseller. A Message of Hope from the Angels, Lorna’s third book, is a Sunday Times number 1 bestseller.
The overwhelming response of readers to Lorna’s message – regardless of religious beliefs – is that she gives them back hope, helping them to realize that no matter how alone they might feel they have a guardian angel by their side.
