In Eastern & Mystical Traditions: It equates to Moksha (liberation) or Enlightenment, signifying freedom from the ego, illusions, and the repetitive cycle of attachments and suffering. Your spirit breaks free to act from a place of pure awareness.

In Personal Growth: It is the emotional and mental discipline of staying grounded. True freedom doesn’t mean life is always easy or free of chaos; it means you can witness difficulties without letting them dictate your inner peace or worth.”
