About

Jennifer Wren Tolo, RN is the bestselling author of My Family Fuel: A Busy Mom’s Guide to Healthy Living, and a Whole Health Educator, Transformational coach, speaker, and podcaster. After experiencing life threatening health challenges with two of her four sons followed by her own health decline, she now helps exhausted and overextended, high-achieving professional women and mompreneurs reclaim their time and energy so they can have better focus and fulfillment in their life for improved health and happiness.

For the past 17 years, Jen has helped thousands of overextended, high achieving professional women and young adults learn to find calm within the chaos of life so they can reawaken to the magic and purpose of their life and take back their power over their own health and happiness. She empowers superwomen with her signature “Simple as ABC” System to Find Calm in Life’s Chaos and the message in the mess.

Jennifer is a former critical care nurse and was able to experience first-hand the needs of people in distress and crisis. She started Butterfly Family Wellness in 2005 to help bridge the gaps between modern and holistic health and healing after navigating through her son’s life-threatening illnesses and cognitive challenges and seeing “the other side” of healthcare and education.  She has taken that experience in Western medicine and combined it with her personal experiences as well as her whole health education, intuition, and energy medicine training along with her Integrative health knowledge and speaks regularly on stress management, self-care, and mental health awareness. Jen is an Adjunct Professor at Endicott College School of Nursing where she teaches “Holistic and Complementary Approaches to Health and Healing”. She holds a BSN and Master’s in Nursing Administration as well as certifications as a Whole Health Educator and Patient Advocate, Personal Trainer, Karuna Reiki Master and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

Jen has been featured on FOX news, ABC, and numerous podcasts internationally and is currently an executive contributor to BRAINZ magazine.  She was a former host of a radio show and currently hosts the podcast, Simple Awakenings: Finding Clarity in the Chaos.
