Danielle believes that we all hold core wounds and limiting beliefs that run our lives as programming in our subconscious. When we release these somatically from the nervous system, we also release the energetic blocks in our energy system and heal our emotional bodies. When we do this, we experience the ultimate gift-FREEDOM.

Our bodies have a language through sensation that are messengers with information to guide and help us to heal with deep compassion for ourselves and others. By showing up in all our humanness, with every experience, emotion and wound we can eliminate shame and begin the exploration of deep healing at its root.
