Major Changes

DearJames,

There is a major shift in management at work coming, will I be part of the restructure.

Dear Major Changes,

Yes, you will most definitely be a part of the management team, presuming that is really what you desire.

Remember, gifts routinely come to us disguised in other packages.

If you’re in this solely for the money, then chances are you will not be part of the reshuffled management team or at least not for long.

If, however, you truly love what you do, then you will most definitely be a part of the reorganization and will not only survive but thrive as well.

Companies of all shapes and sizes are reorganizing their internal operating structures and management to maximize their returns.

However, they are also looking to cull the wheat from the chaff at the same time.

Some people stay well beyond their expiration date leading to substandard performance and thus negative net returns to the company.

Their loss of enthusiasm and interest effects their performance and moral whereby it becomes patently obvious to those around them they are only there for the position, pension and/or paycheck.

When the enthusiasm is gone so too is the desire for retention.

Operate from a place of clarity so when the final cut has been made, you see it for what it truly is, a blessing.

A blessing because you love what you do or a blessing because you were past your expiration date, and this was the shove you needed to propel you forward.

Either way you are meant for bigger and better things and this opportunity is exactly what the Universe ordered.

Have faith that you’ll land on your feet fairly-quickly whether you’re reshuffled or shuffled out the door.

The main sustenance to your future success is enthusiasm and that is a very powerful ingredient to have on offer.

BLESSINGS. ENTHUSIASM. INTEGRITY. The Very Best of Everything!
